Member Code of Ethics

While representing C.A.R.E. all members must act responsibly and in a manner that will reflect favorably on the C.A.R.E. Team.

Accordingly:

C.A.R.E. Members will conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with the teachings of Jesus Christ in all matters of faith and morals. Members shall exhibit Christian ethical standards and personal integrity.
C.A.R.E. Members will examine their own actions and intentions to ensure that their behavior promotes the welfare of the entire C.A.R.E. Team.
C.A.R.E. Members will not represent themselves as licensed professional counselors.
C.A.R.E. will provide an environment that is free from any form of intimidation or judgment.
C.A.R.E. Members will refrain from name-calling and or use of profanity, in any situation.
C.A.R.E. Members will be responsible stewards of the resources, including finances entrusted to them by the C.A.R.E. Leadership Team.
C.A.R.E. Members will not make false accusations against another, or reveal the faults of others to anyone who is not in a position that necessitates a need to know.
C.A.R.E. Members will share concerns or inappropriate behavior with the President and/or Executive director only.
C.A.R.E. Members will agree to and uphold our confidentiality policy.

Any violations of this policy will result in corrective action to include the possibility of expulsion from the C.A.R.E. Team.
If at any time a member feels they cannot abide by the Code of Ethics outlined by C.A.R.E., they may voluntarily resign as a member of the team.
